With the support of a specialist external company (two extremely secure data vaults), our clients' data and all our translations are encrypted and saved twice a day on a computer installed in a building at an offsite location. This computer is itself secured by a second computer, the location of which is known only to certain managers. Therefore, in the event of a major problem, our files are protected and continuity of service is guaranteed.

What is more, the system is equipped with a firewall protecting the network from possible intrusion. In addition, all e-mails and files that we receive are subjected to an anti-virus check before accessing our network, and, to crown all this, every one of our computers is equipped with individual automatically updating anti-virus software, a valuable security asset when USB keys, CD/DVD-ROMs or other media are received from external sources.
